HAND LETTERED ENVELOPES - 

It’s never “what you do” but always “how you do it” and self-promotion looks so much better when done with a touch of beautiful art.

These stunning envelopes are hand made by freelance designer Roxy Torres. They were used in her “Snail Mail” job search campaign and needless to say studios and agencies were very impressed - hope this inspires you.

CONCRETE BUSINESS CARDS - 

We can’t get much information on this project but french design studio murmure designed these concrete business cards for themselves..

‘playing with the notion of scale, we created a set of business cards made of concrete. this material, 

so characteristic of our environment, was enhanced by using the smallest and most refined communication support. 

the refinement and the technique required for the typography highlight the harshness and the roughness of the used material.’  

Concrete business cards may not be “practical” but definitively “super memorable” - hope this inspires you.

CHINEASY KICKSTARTER DESIGN - 

With the socio-cultural rise of China and India over recent years, we are constantly being told that sooner our later the gap between east and west will need to be bridged.

A new project by entrepreneur ShaoLan Hsueh and illustrator Noma Bar is setting out to do just that by helping non-Mandarin speakers pick up some of the language’s basic building blocks. ShaoLan and Noma developed a set of easily recognisable illustrated symbols which both individually and in conjunction with each other help learners create a set of words and phrases - hope this inspires you.
