THE ECO-AMP FOR iPHONE - 

It’s an interesting mash up where eco-friendly origami like phonograph design meets hi-tech smartphone accessory aftermarket geekness and the graphics are just mega-fun (yes cheap pun intended)

Check out all the colourful designs.

This product will not produce a block rocking sound but it would be great for an impromptu recovery day at the beach and it’s one of those ideas that make you say “I wish I had though of that …” - hope this inspires you.

In the months ahead we will start to regularly review products designed with an Eco conscious ethic and flair - can eco be sexy?

No other eco friendly cell phone charger can be more attractive than the Electree. Designed by the French designer Vivien Muller, this beautiful eco friendly charger is designed like a bonsai tree and is provided with 27 attractive solar panels. With the Electree’s 13,500 mAH battery, the device takes about 36 hours of sunshine to get completely charged. The charge can then be transferred to your cellphone via a USB cable.

This attractive eco friendly charger can be yours just for $370. Although the price is a bit too high, it does boast 27 high quality solar panels that make a big difference in the re-charge quality.

Now if only this thing could re-charge our rechargeable batteries that we use in other every day products it would make the $370 an economic viable investment as opposed to just eco design snobbery.
